Personal Training sessions are created to suit your needs. Depending on your goal(s), and time constrains, workouts will focus on:

Most fitness programs will focus on a cross disciplinary approach, for example: stability ball workout and free weights performed with intervals of high intensity as well as short resting periods to ensure that you never get the same workout twice.

Frequency and duration are determined during your initial consultation. We will help identify and avoid obstacles that might distract you from these goals. Rest assured that our goal is to provide you with a plan of action that gets results you can feel.

Body composition, analysis and nutritional consultation are an added bonus for existing clients.

Kids

Making physical activity a priority and encouraging good habits in children from an early age is imperative and can help them to acquire the skills they need to continue being active throughout their lives.

We offer plenty of programs for kids of all ages to get moving and exercising while having fun in the process.? Children between the age of 5 and 16 years of age greatly benefit from being physically active.

Children that are not physically active enough won’t have the chance to get these benefits and are at increased risk of becoming overweight or obese. This makes it harder for them to be active and keep up with others, either in sport or in play. They are also more likely to be prone to conditions such as Asthma, flat feet and joint sprains due to excessive weight.

Long term of being overweight or obese can contribute to conditions such as high blood pressure and cholesterol, Type II Diabetes and liver disease. Recent research has shown that warning signs for these conditions can be present in overweight teenagers as young as fifteen.

The Facility

The facility we have chosen to train our clients is in a well equipped, challenging yet non intimidating location. With a personal training area designed to feel like a private studio, you can expect to get an intimate and goal oriented session programmed specifically for you. We also cater to those clients that would like to be trained elsewhere.
