Three types of exercise sessions are offered: full workouts (1 hour), express workouts (1/2 hour) and small group training. Full workouts consist of a warm-up period, aerobic training, weight training, and a stretching session. Express workouts consist of a brief warm-up with 30 minutes of weight training and stretching. Small group training that includes two or three people offers you injury prevention, motivation and accountability. Get started with friends or a spouse.

Cancellations must be placed 24 hrs before the session in order to receive credit or a makeup session.
